The Path of the Evolved Leader: The Year Program
MindSpring has spent a number of years designing a transformational leadership experience that allows individuals to make significant progress in their leadership in a short period of time.
The first program is scheduled for Tuesday — Thursday, January 11-13. The following is a brief description of the Targeted Areas of Growth that make up the year program.
OVERVIEW
- Costs: $10,545.00 per participant.
- Number of training days: 15 days over 5 programs / from January, 2011 — July, 2011.
- Minimum number of participants: 15 / Maximum number of participants: 20.
- Program includes 11 online assignments.
- Program includes the 360° leadership evaluation process.
- Program includes lunches, all materials, and all activities.
PROGRAM ONE / 3 DAYS / JANUARY 11-13, 2011
FLEXIBILITY AND ADAPTABILITY: REFINING YOUR PERSONAL STYLE
