REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

MINDSPRING PROGRAMS

If you have signed up for and paid online or offline to participate in a MindSpring program, the following cancellation policy applies:

You may cancel or reschedule the program eleven (11) or more business days prior to the program at no charge. If cancellation occurs ten (10) to eight (8) business days prior to the program dates, you will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the program costs. You are responsible for paying 100% of the program costs if you cancel seven (7) business days or less prior to the program dates.

CDs

If you are not fully satisfied with your CD purchase, you can return your undamaged CD package to MindSpring within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please visit call 1-828-298-2488 to request a “no- questions-asked” return. There is no restocking fee. The single CD or CD package must be returned in the original packaging.
