This program focuses on the skill of constructive discontent, the ability to remain comfortably uncomfortable in conflict.  Constructive discontent is the number one characteristic by which your leadership is judged and remembered. Increasing your ability to give and receive critical feedback in a positive and healthy manner is essential to positive, accountable leadership and developing trust with your team.

Objectives

  • Increase your understanding of the nature of critical feedback.
  • Learn strategies for moving through conflict with the intention of creating a win/win scenario.
  • Examine your thinking process, its barriers, and how to increase your ability to give and receive critical feedback without taking it personally.
