Overview
Do you ever wonder why some people drive you crazy? Or why you have trouble getting your point across to certain people? We can help you discover the answers to those questions as well as how you sometimes create unintended outcomes in your relationships and leadership.
Using a style delineator, participants will examine their own leadership style from three key perspectives: what predictable behaviors can be expected in unhealthy, default and evolved states. We will explore strengths and vulnerabilities, communication patterns, stress processes and relationship preferences of each style.

- Increased self-awareness, and ability to read others.
- Clarification of behavior patterns in unhealthy, default and evolved states.
- Improved ability to communicate with and motivate people of diverse styles.
- Enhanced sense of personal power and appreciation of the diversity in the workplace.
- Exploration of targeted areas of growth and strategies for improvement.
Note: Upon registration you will receive the assessment in the mail in order to have it completed before the session. Follow-up telephone coaching sessions are available for those who would like one on one exploration of their style and targeted areas of growth.
