Overview

MindSpring has spent a number of years designing transformational leadership experiences that allow individuals to make significant progress in their leadership in a short period of time. This accelerated program puts the participant under an intense microscope to move them through a rigorous, developmental process.

We believe strongly the individual IS the leadership model. Our teaching is not intended to get the individual to bend and shape to a model that lies outside of themselves but to address the dynamics, healthy and unhealthy, that are creating their leadership outcomes. Assuming the individual does not quit the program, no participant will remain the same person they were when they entetered it. They will, without exception, leave with:

• Visible leadership abilities.
• A strong understanding of others.
• Ability to function effectively in groups and teams.
• A deep awareness of their own personal style and their impact on others.
• Ability to receive criticism without becoming defensive and ability to critique others in a healthy and fullly intentional manner.
• Leadership language that allows them to communicate more effectively.
