  • Manage your perceptions and improve your ability to understand others’ motivations and triggers.

  • Use the EQ Map to Increase your awareness of your emotional intelligence in twenty areas, including emotional self-awareness and expression, personal power, ability to deal with conflict, and optimal performance.

  • Map your “fixed tape loop” and identify the “exit” strategy that empowers you to lead from your best self rather than your habitual patterns.

  • Leverage emotional intelligence skills to build trusting relationships, deal effectively with change and pressure, and create your future.

  • Learn and practice a strategy for giving and receiving critical feedback, which is the doorway to mastery for any leader.

  • Set yourself apart by learning how to plan and lead meetings that serve as learning portals rather than basic information sharing.

  • Design your Leadership RoadMap, which is an articulation of your unique leadership philosophy, values, and strategies for attaining your goals and vision.

OBJECTIVES for SENIOR LEADERS

  • Deepen your self-understanding and your understanding of others using our Advanced Leadership Profiles.

  • Increase your understanding of consciousness; “Conscious Leadership” is gaining the wisdom to use all circumstances, good and bad, to significantly increase your understanding of how to achieve the outcomes you want and the organization needs.

  • Learn to shift your value from daily operations to mentoring and teaching others to be high-performing, successful, and fulfilled.

  • Design your essence of excellence model, based on your advanced profile, organizational needs, and targeted areas of growth.

ASSESSMENTS, BOOKS and MATERIALS

We incorporate a variety of tools to support the content of the workshops and the clarity for the individual. Along with self-awareness assessments, like the EQ Map® and others, we can also facilitate a 360 Survey if that is desired.

We include books that dovetail with the content and provide added insights for the individual to utilize in their leadership development.
